Insightly Adds Multilingual Capabilities; Enhances Intuitive CRM Solution for Small Businesses Globally

New product, iOS app updates also include instructor-led training

SAN FRANCISCO – June 3, 2014Insightly, the business freemium customer relationship management (CRM) market leader, is now available for Spanish and Portuguese speakers. Insightly is already popular among Latin American small business users, and this multilingual update will increase adoption and help Insightly expand further into the region, where users have been asking for a localized version of the tool. The new version of the iOS mobile app in support of these multilingual capabilities, along with new instructor-led training, means Insightly can help more small businesses in more countries move closer to their customers, increase revenues and streamline project management.

Insightly’s new user interface (UI), unveiled in February, enabled better language support for international customers. Today’s introduction of Latin American Spanish and Portuguese are the first localized versions of Insightly, but the company will roll out several more localization updates, including a French version later this year, eventually making its solution accessible to more than 90 percent of the global internet population. Insightly’s international customer base has rapidly expanded over the past eight months with more than half of its users now residing outside of the U.S. and in more than 180 countries.
