Activity sets add an additional layer of automation. “Activity sets let us delegate in a highly efficient way,” Karim said. “Insightly delegates tasks based on our business rules, helping us to reduce the number of one-off tasks that must be manually entered.”
Centralized data management has yielded a number of positive outcomes for the firm. “As an ISO 9001 certified company, our data must be secure and accessible,” Karim said. “Insightly helps us meet these requirements.”
