All customers have access to email-based support, Insightly’s comprehensive Help Center and community forums. Getting Started: Team Training & Adoption

Our success programs vary based on the number of sessions required to get your team up and running.

Choose the right program for you:

  • Essential Program = 5 sessions
  • Premium Program= 15 sessions
  • Ultimate Program= 30 sessions

Each program includes the following:

Kickoff and Success Plan

  • We’ll help you map a path to Insightly success, including goals and timelines customized to your business.

Admin Training

  • We’ll help you with customization, workflows and most importantly, how to add your customers and prospects so you can stay in touch with them.

Team training

  • These sessions will help your users and teams become successful quickly. We’ll provide ongoing team training as needed.

Team Q&A session

  • After you and your team have completed our onboarding training sessions and taken Insightly for a spin, get any additional questions answered in these team sessions.

New Team Member Training

  • As you bring on new teams and team members, we will provide training sessions.
