Hello everybody. I’m Melinda Prescher, and I lead product and customer marketing for Insightly and Unbounce. Thank you so much for joining us today.

It’s actually been a while since we’ve done a product update webinar for Insightly, and there have been several significant organizational changes since the last one. In fact, Insightly has gone through a merger and is now part of Unbounce’s go-to-market solutions.

We’ve talked about that in the past, but we haven’t done a webinar yet focused on helping you understand the merger, where Insightly is headed, and how the strategy and product roadmap are shaping up to support you now and into the future. Whether you’re a current Insightly customer or considering becoming one, we’re really glad you’re here.

We’ve got a ton to share today—including a special offer we’ll talk about at the end of the webinar. Joining me are two people at the center of it all: Steve Oriola, CEO of Unbounce’s Go-to-Market Solutions, and Mike Cravvens, VP of Product.

Steve will start by walking us through the merger and the strategy behind it, and then Mike will dive into several new Insightly features—especially AI and integrations—plus a sneak peek at the product roadmap.

Steve, I’ll start with you. Most of our audience is familiar with Insightly, but probably not as familiar with the other companies in this unified org. Could you start by giving everyone more context about each product and the backstory of the merger?


Steve:
Thanks, Melinda—and welcome, everyone. I’m glad we’re doing this again. These sessions were an institution at Insightly under my predecessor Anthony, and I’m sorry it’s taken so long to bring them back. We’re excited to walk you through what we’ve built and where we’re headed.

You all know Insightly as a CRM and marketing automation platform. Unbounce, founded in 2009, became synonymous with landing pages. Its core value proposition remains the same: if you’re spending money on traffic—via SEO or Google Ads—you shouldn’t send it to your homepage. You should send it to a landing page that’s contextually relevant. Google rewards relevance, and landing pages are critical for conversion. Over the years, Unbounce expanded into A/B testing and traffic routing.

In 2021, Unbounce acquired LeadsRx, an attribution company that helps marketers understand which channels drive revenue. So we had landing pages, optimization, and attribution—but we saw an opportunity to cover the entire customer journey. That’s where Insightly came in.

Customers don’t think in terms of “marketing platform” vs “sales platform.” They just want a seamless experience. By bringing Insightly together with Unbounce and LeadsRx, we’re managing the entire journey: acquisition, customer management, renewals, and upsell.

One other point—Unbounce already had a history of building AI solutions, but Insightly hadn’t invested heavily there. Now we are. For example, we’re beta testing an AI Copilot inside the Insightly platform. This unified approach means marketers and sales teams can share one view of the customer—without duplicates or confusion.


Melinda:
That’s a great setup. Could you go a little deeper into the unified vision—what drove your interest in Insightly, and how this benefits customers going forward?


Steve:
Sure. What customers want is simple: a solution that’s easy, integrated, quick to implement, and delivers time-to-value. They want help acquiring, managing, and expanding customers—all in one place.

Since the merger began about a year ago, our goals haven’t really changed. What has changed is the pace: we’re moving faster. We’re fixing issues customers flagged, adding small “delighters” (like UI improvements), and innovating with features like Copilot.

We’ve shifted from a slower, quarterly product cycle to a continuous roadmap—delivering updates more frequently based on customer needs. And equally important: culture. A healthy, unified culture is critical for speed and innovation. That’s been a big focus alongside product delivery.


Melinda:
That’s a perfect segue to Mike. Could you give us a high-level overview of where the product is going this year?


Mike:
Hi, everyone—excited to be here. At a high level, our focus is on giving time back to your day.

  1. Automating friction points: Reducing manual tasks like logging emails and rewriting follow-ups.

  2. Integrations: Expanding beyond AppConnect (our low-code platform) with more native integrations like DocuSign.

  3. Modernization: Refreshing the CRM with a faster, cleaner interface and embedding AI directly into workflows.

That’s the big picture. Let’s dive into specifics.


Melinda:
Great—let’s talk about what’s new and live in the product. Mike, could you walk through the four key updates?


Mike:
Absolutely.

  1. AI-generated email summaries and replies – Instead of piecing together long email threads, you click once and get key points. Copilot also drafts contextual replies—not generic templates. Customers love having a strong starting point.

  2. Native DocuSign integration – Now you can generate a quote and send it for signature right from Insightly. No more downloading PDFs and switching apps. You can track view/signature status directly inside the CRM.

  3. New look & feel – We’ve refreshed colors, navigation, and buttons. Nothing disruptive—your workflows haven’t changed. It’s about reducing visual fatigue and making the CRM easier to use daily.

  4. Unbounce landing page integration – Leads from Unbounce flow instantly into Insightly, tagged and assigned with zero manual work. Marketing sees closed-loop reporting; sales gets leads within minutes instead of hours.


Melinda:
Love it. Now, can you preview what’s coming soon—starting with email sync?


Mike:
Yes! By September, we’ll release bi-directional email sync. Every email sent from Gmail or Outlook will automatically log to the right contact or opportunity in Insightly. Replies from customers show up too. No more CC’ing the CRM—everything just works.

Next is Copilot, our AI assistant. Think of it like ChatGPT that knows your CRM data. It lives in the sidebar and understands every object, field, and relationship. You can:

  • Ask for deal summaries,

  • Create follow-up tasks,

  • Get a history before a call,

  • Or ask for the status of enterprise opportunities.

It respects user permissions and removes manual friction. Early beta testers already say they can’t imagine working without it.


Melinda:
That’s exciting. Now, what’s next on the roadmap after that?


Mike:
Key initiatives include:

  • Email & calendar sync: adding threading and full calendar integration.

  • Interface improvements: smarter navigation, multi-column layouts, reorganized sidebar.

  • New mobile app: a complete rebuild with modern UX for road warriors.

  • More native integrations: ZoomInfo and NetSuite are up next.

  • Project management: adding Gantt charts for better visualization of timelines and dependencies.

The common thread: removing friction and making the CRM more intuitive.


Melinda:
Thank you, Mike. Your team has done an incredible job.

Before we wrap up, we had some questions from the audience:

  • Feature releases? – New features are released at least once a month.

  • Training? – Demo videos and in-product guides are available at release; also in the Help Center.

  • Email sync? – Yes, this means no more CC’ing.

  • Apollo integration? – On the list, but not yet officially on the roadmap.

  • Copilot in other languages? – Beta is English-only, but early tests in other languages look promising.

  • AI security? – All features are SOC 2 compliant, with the same security as the rest of the CRM. Copilot will be HIPAA compliant before GA.

  • Native integrations cost extra? – No, they’re included.

  • Notion integration? – High on the list for 2026.
