How often are Dynamic Lists synced?

Dynamic Lists are updated by Insightly every 60 minutes. Dynamic List membership is automatically recalculated by Insightly Marketing every 10 minutes, and Dynamic Lists used in Journeys are updated every 5 minutes.

How do I add Prospects to a Dynamic List?

Dynamic Lists are rule-based and will update automatically as Prospects are edited, added, or removed from Insightly Marketing. You cannot manually add or remove Prospects to a Dynamic List. For more information on adding prospects to a dynamic list, check out our Help Center.

What if I need to update Dynamic List rules?

To edit Dynamic List rules, navigate to Lists via the objects on the left side of Insightly Marketing. From the Lists screen, locate and open the Dynamic List that requires editing. Hover over the rule and click the Edit button that appears at the end of fields.
